The Fortunoff Jewelry’s Fall in Love With Fortunoff Jewelry Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on March 1st, 2017 at 9:00 AM ET and end on April 1st, 2017 at 11:59, ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries (as defined below) received. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY

No purchase necessary. This drawing is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older, unless specifically prohibited by law.

Fortunoff Jewelry officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on April 1, 2017 to qualify for the drawing. Each email address submitted must be valid and remain valid through the time the winner(s) are selected. A confirmation email will be sent to each entrant at the email address submitted to verify the validity of the entrant's email address.

Fortunoff Jewelry and its employees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or entries not received within the required timeframe. Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account, as applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.

PRIZES

One (1) - Grand prize will be awarded to 1 individual winner. The Grand prize consists of a $300 Gift Certificate to Fortunoff Jewelry, plus a Gold Pendant. Gold Pendant will be selected by Fortunoff Jewelry and is not exchangeable.

Two (2) – 1st Place Prizes will be awarded to 2 individual winners. The First-place prize consists of 1 - $150 Gift Certificate to Fortunoff Jewelry, plus one Silver Pendant. Silver Pendant will be selected by Fortunoff Jewelry and is not exchangeable.

Two (2) – 2nd Place Prizes will be awarded to 2 individual winners. The 2nd place prize consists of 1 - $50 Gift Certificate to Fortunoff Jewelry, plus a Bracelet. Bracelet will be selected by Fortunoff Jewelry and is not exchangeable.

No transfer or substitution for any prize will be permitted. Awarded prizes are not redeemable for cash. All terms and conditions related to gift cards will apply. Limit one (1) prize per household.

All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected via a random drawing by a judge selected by Fortunoff Jewelry. The judge will draw to select winners for all of the prizes awarded. The judge's decisions are final in all matters relating to this drawing.

Winners will be notified approximately two (2) weeks after the drawing deadline by email, using the email address submitted on the entry form. Winners shall have fourteen (14) days to respond to the notification email and acknowledge their acceptance of the prize. Along with notification, winners will be sent a statement of eligibility and release form. Winner must execute, without making changes, and return this release for receipt by Fortunoff Jewelry within fourteen (14) days of the date of the winner notification email. The following will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner: (1) Failure to execute and return the release form within fourteen (14) days; (2) failure to respond to notification attempts; or (3) return of any prize notification as undeliverable.

REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

Each person who enters this drawing represents and warrants to Fortunoff Jewelry the following: (i) The email address submitted by the entrant is the entrant's own individual email address; and (ii) the email address submitted does not and will not violate any applicable laws or give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law. Any submission deemed inappropriate by Fortunoff Jewelry in any manner will be automatically disqualified. Third-party entries will not be accepted.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Winners agree to allow Fortunoff Jewelry to use his or her name in promotional materials related to this drawing without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering this drawing, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and any decision Fortunoff Jewelry makes regarding this promotion. Fortunoff Jewelry reserves the right to disqualify from the drawing, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, any entrant or winner who, in Fortunoff Jewelry' reasonable suspicion, tampers with its website, the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive matter.
