Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of the receipt date. Unfortunately, we do not refund sale or promotional items. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Customized, personalized and special order items are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
Holiday Gift Return Policy
Our Extended Return Policy will make your holidays easier. No more worrying about whether they'll love their gift!
Any purchase made from now through December 24th may be returned for refund or exchange (excluding Final Sale items) through January 15th.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. If you received the item as a gift, we will issue a non-refundable merchandise credit for the purchase price for use on www.fortunoffjewelry.com.
If you are returning a defective item or if we made an error, we will refund the full cost of the item plus the original shipping charges. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review by our Quality Assurance Team.
For returns please follow the simple procedure outlined below.
Please call 1-800-636-7886 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and a Customer Service representative will help you start the process.
- Contact us for a Return Authorization number at 1-800-636-7886 or email@example.com.
- Fill out the return form on the back of the original packing slip or download one here: DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM
- Pack the item in the original gift box and packaging and secure with packing tape. Remember to include the return form in the box and tell us why you are returning it.
- Ship the package to the address below by your choice of carrier. Write the Return Authorization number on the return label. Return shipping charges are not refundable except for items received defective. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
- For your protection, insure items for their value and include a copy of this entire sheet with your shipment.
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
- Keep a photocopy of the form and all receipts until you receive your credit.
- Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive the item for the credit to be issued.
